Values Assessment

The Values Assessment measures how your values—the ideas or concepts that you believe—motivate and shape the way you live, how you behave, and the actions you take. Gaining clarity about your values and motivations can help you align your life with your passions and purpose leading you to greater satisfaction, improved performance, and more sustainable energy.

The Values Assessment measures these seven dimensions of motivation:

  • Aesthetic – your drive for balance, harmony, and form.
  • Economic – your drive for economic or practical returns.
  • Individualistic – your drive to stand out as independent and unique.
  • Political – your drive to be in control or have influence.
  • Altruistic – your drive for humanitarian efforts or to help others altruistically.
  • Regulatory – your drive to establish order, routine, and structure.
  • Theoretical – your drive for knowledge, learning, and understanding.

The Values Assessment is included with the DISC Plus Assessment and the ADVanced Insight Assessment.
